1. Getting to know your pet visit
The getting to now your pet visit is free to new customers. During this visit we will ask you about your pet(s) and how to best look after them. It is very important that we meet you and your pet(s), and get to know them.

2. Pet Sitting
a) Single pet sitting will occur between 9am and 6pm.
b) Where two visits are to take place, they will happen at least 10 hours apart or as specified by the owner. This will usually necessitate visits outside of the times specified in part a.
c) For added home security Saoirse Cats can help make your house look lived in by ensuring mail is tidied away and by making changes to lights, curtains, etc.

3. House Sitting
a) A member of our team will stay in your house overnight (12 hours).
b) This premium service includes feeding, grooming and pet cam hire.
c) You will need to provide adequate heating, power, water, etc and facilities for preparing food.
d) We will make every effort to ensure your house is kept to the same standard as we find it.
e) Only Saoirse Cats Staff will enter your property.

4. Pet cam hire.
a) Pet cams require you to provide wireless internet access and you must have a smartphone.
b) You will be required to download an app to your smartphone to use.
c) Sound is one way only, from your phone to the pet cam.
d) Hire includes refills of our own special treat mixture. However, we are happy to use your own food, if your pet is likely to prefer this.
e) Do not overfeed your pet. We recommend only 2-3 treats a day.
f) In the event that the cam stops working we will make every effort to repair / replace it, however this may not be possible. You will not be expected to pay for any down days.
g) We cannot guarantee your pet will come to the camera.
